We're a small home bakery focused on fresh, from-scratch baked goods. Because everything is made to order, we've created the following policies to keep things clear and simple for everyone.

Ordering
How do I place an order?: All orders are placed through email, social media messages or an order form. Your order is not confirmed until you recieve a confirmation message from us.
When should I order?: We recommend ordering early, especially for custom items and weekend pickups.
Do you take custom orders?: Yes! Custom cakes, sugar cookies, macarons and cupcakes are available upon filling out our custom order form and confimed by an email from us. Availability for custom orders is limited and may close once we reach capacity so we suggest reaching out early to get on our schedule.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of order. Because all items are made fresh and reserved specifically for you, we do not begin preparing orders until payment is recieved in full. We accpet Venmo, which will be sent to you during the confirmation of your order. Unpaid orders are not considered confirmed and may not be held.
Cancelations, Refunds & Changes
Due to the nature of our bakery:
*All sales are final
*We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges
*Once an order is confirmed and paid for, production begins
If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us directly. While we do not offer refunds, we alwasy care about quality and customer experience and will do our best to make things right when appropriate.
Order changes or cancellations
Because ingredients and scheduling are prepared for, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up.
Pickup
All orders are pickup only unless otherwise states
Pickup details (time and location instructions) will be sent after your order is confirmed.
Please arrive on time for your pickup. If you are running late, message us so we can coordinate.
Because baked goods are made fresh and many items are highly perishable, orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be donated, gifted, discarded, or otherwise no longer available.
If an order is abandoned without communication, a new order and payment will be required for replacement items.
Please understand that we cannot indefinitely store fresh baked goods due to freshness, quality, and food safety standards.
Ingredients and Allergy Notice
We use high-quality ingredients, including organic and dye free.
We are happy to discuss allergy concerns, however, our kitchen is not allergen-free or certified gluten-free and cross contact may occur. Customers with severe allergies should reach out before ordering.
Product Expectations
All baked goods are made fresh and in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, or decoration are normal and part of handmade baking.
